Our mission is to ensure that members are treated equitably by their employer, Shasta County.

What We Do

Through our legal team, we represent employees in formal hearings and assist with personal issues impacting their decisions, roles, and/or employment.

SCEA Board of Directors

Our board governs the Supervisors of SCEA with Board members and officers elected by the entire membership. The Board executes the membership’s direction, deals with routine business, and provides the core of representations in negotiations, grievances and disciplinary action. There are no paid staff, just board members (your fellow supervisors) volunteering their time to help enhance our work lives. The Board meets on a quarterly basis.
