SCEA Update

Hello fellow SCEA members,

I just wanted to make you aware of a few items that will be happening in the near future. It is my understanding that the new medical plans and rates will be announced in July with an effective date of January 2022. I will be sending out updates as I receive them. The pay raise that was negotiated in our MOU will become effective using the following schedule;

1.    Effective the pay period beginning on July 4, 2021, unit employee salaries will increase by four percent (4%);
2.    Effective the pay period beginning on July 3, 2022, unit employee salaries will increase by three percent (3%);
3.    Effective the pay period beginning on July 2, 2023, unit employee salaries will increase by three percent (3%);
